  Help Desk Plans include 3 Help Desk tickets. There are no per minute limits on the Help Desk tickets. They may be used until the problem is resolved. The Help Desk Plan is valid for 12 months or when the 3 tickets have been used, whichever comes first. This plan is designed for the more regular user who needs help throughout the year.
• Per Minute Plans | Buy Now
  Help Desk per minute fees. Generalized assistance for the occasional user.
  
• Flat Rate Plans | Buy Now
  These are generally 30 minute plans and can be used for support or training.
  
• Data Extraction Services | Buy Now
  If you need to migrate your data from one computer to another.
